Position:

Mechanical Fitter (Contract)

 

Working in both the Aberdeen and Great Yarmouth facilities to cover a shortage in manpower during a peek in business.

 

Involved in carrying out mechanical refurbishment, repair and testing of both Topside and Subsea Oil & Gas Christmas Trees.

 

Stripping XMTs, associated equipment and tooling down to component level for examination.  Carrying out any required rework to components before reassembeling / rebuilding.  Completing any functional and hydrostatic testing to the assembled unit.

 

Also responsible for carrying out high pressure testing of Topside and Subsea Oil & Gas Christmas Trees and Valves to prove their integrity and performance.
