Position:

Controls Project Engineer (Contract)

 

Initially working as the sole team member for the Slickline Intervention Lubricator (SIL) Control System based in Aberdeen on the Well Enhancer project.  Reporting to managers based in South East Australia; duties as follows:

 

Design responsibility for the HPU, Surface Control Unit (SCU), Grease Injection Unit (GIU), Flushing Unit, Umbilical Reelers, Subsea Stabplate, Accumulator Unit and review of the Subsea Hydraulic Control Circuit.

 

Hydraulic Analysis using ‘Agito SimulationX’ software package.

 

Compiling Technical specifications and Invitations to Tender (ITTs) for the same.

 

Monitoring supplier performance and cost control.

 

QA involvement for vendor inspection and component certification.

 

Compiling detailed Pre-SIT Procedures for the entire system.
